Cory and Daniela had a wonderful wedding on a beautiful September day in Pittsburgh. They are such a cool couple, and they pulled off a great wedding just weeks after Cory opened the new Dante Salon in Shadyside! Congratulations on your wedding and your opening! Julie and Blair were married on September 11, 2010. They are an amazing couple, who found me just a few months before their wedding. They have such compassionate hearts, as was evident when we went to visit Julie’s grandmother at a nursing home after the wedding ceremony.

As you both make a difference in this world through medicine, I hope we can continue to keep in touch. It was great getting to know you, and I hope to hear your stories as you move through life together.

This was truly a day that was about family and friends. From the very start, you gave me the freedom to capture the little moments that were taking place all around you, the moments in between, that make up your wedding day. I hope you enjoy the teaser.

Jamie and Ryan were married over Memorial Day Weekend, and what a beautiful weekend it was.

Between the wonderful yet hot weather, and a beautiful ceremony, and fun reception, the day was great.

Enjoy the story of their day.

The ceremony was full of Joy

I love this image of the kids coming down the isle. The looks on their faces, and those of the guests just makes me smile.

After the ceremony we headed to a small park for some portraits of the groups. It was SO HOT outside, so later as the night cooled down, I took Jamie and Ryan out for a few more portraits.

One of the groomsmen was a chiropractor, so before the wedding party walked into the reception he offered a quick adjustment to who ever would like one.

Jamie and Ryan had a great first dance, but the best one had to be at the end of the night when they danced to some hip hop together.

By this time the weather was so much cooler (85 vs 95) or so we imagined

After our quick (less than 5 minutes) portrait session, i was grabbing my gear and saw Jamie and Ryan both wiping tears from their eyes, its that love and emotion that makes me love shooting weddings.

Kay and Jack: Southpointe Golf Club| Pittsburgh Wedding Photographer

I met Kay as her wedding date neared. After hearing her story, and the story of how she and Jack met way back in high-school, I had to be a part of their special day. The best part was the fact that Kay really wanted documentary coverage, and to tell the story of life, love, and adventure in their lives.

The reception took place at the beautiful Southpointe Golf Club in Cannonsburg.

This is only a small selection of my favorite photos, but I think that it represents Kay and Jack together, completely.

Kays dad was in the hospital recently, but made it to his daughters wedding. Here he waits halfway down the isle to finish walking Kay to Jack to be given away.
